In central Poland of course! Today when I went to work (5.30 a.m.) was about -10C, blew arctic wind and I thought that my cheeks and nose would came off :)
But when I read the article in "The Independent" about current temperatures in Artic on Siberia - suddenly I was worm...
They write, that Temperatures on New Year's Eve got down to -50C, and have plummeted further still in recent days.
